What is the best X-BOX 360 so far that I can get with a regular halo 3 for under...

...$475? I want to get an X-BOX but it needs at least these prices and these things:
Wired or Wireless controller(s)
Live Headset (wired/wireless)
Live membership (discluding the free from Halo 3)
Hard Drive

(if there is one i would appreciate it if u told me and if there isn't can you tell me the price ranges or exact prices for the extras including the hard drive/headset)

Not at Wal-mart, Best Buy, or other places not on Guam if you don't know then just put the place you think
