what is wrong with my halo 1 game?

I've had it for a few weeks but today when i logged off of it, i got back on after a while and my profile was gone, i said on no biggie and remade it, but i got off again it was gone again. what is wrong?
It's a pc game and my pc is brand new

you may need to get your storage device/memory card cleaned and looked at by people at GameStop or a video game store
