What ranked skill is best to increase in Halo 3?

I have been staying on Team Objective and Team Slayer, I just play Objective cause its fun..

I am not increasing my rank, I lose 3 matches then I win 3 matches, I lose these matches and rank down, then win other matches and rank up...

What ranked skill is best, is it Lone Wolves?

Double Team or Lone Wolves. In Lone Wolves you have to get in the top 4 and your level( aka rank) will increase. Double is real easy if you have a good partner and more fun than Lone Wolves.
