When does Halo 3 come out for the PC?

Is there going to be a Halo 3 for the PC, and when will it be? I really want to play it on the PC because I haven't got a Xbox 360 yet :(
Does anybody know anything at all about it?
I have already seen this post in another question, but thanks.
