Where do saved halo 3 game videos go?

I just got my xbox 360 the other day and I saved a video of the game I just played on halo 3 and it said it's gone to the library

where do I find the library?
on the dashboard maybe?

When you are on the main menu of halo, press start and it will show you some random junk and one of the selections is your library.
