Where if there it exsists can I find a Halo Master Chief model or skin for Quake 3?

I have looked around and I have seen some very interesting and crazy models that people have made are for Quake 3.There are literally much much more models but some I've seen include: The Gladiator From Quake 4, The Ninja Turtles, Spawn, Simpsons characters and yes Nintendo's Mario and all made for Quake 3. But I have been wondering since there are so many models out there I've wondered, is there a Master Chief Model(From Halo) for Quake 3? If the answer is yes, where may I find it?
