Its hard to compare the two as they came out in diffrent times if they both came out at the same time i would say Mw2 becuz it allows ps3 and 360 players to both play and if your just talking x box 360 itd proobly be halo 3 becuase really besides halo 3 and other good games by 360 theres no point in that system.
