Why can't I find possible matches in Halo 3 or Halo 2?

I have xbox live GOLD account and I have the Heroic Map pack Legdendary map pack and Cold Storage

It does this to EVERY playlist. It even does this in halo 2 matchmaking. I enabled all xbox 360 ports on my router (Linksys WRT160N router)

If i join a matchmaking game with someone else online I can play matchmaking. but alone - it wont. PLZ HELP ME
I am not using any firewalls i dont think

A firewall maybe? Usually it has something to do with your router though so idk..

because people are getting smarter and realize halo is the worst game made.

Well check your firewalls first, and then make sure your router NAT settings are set to open.
HAving them on moderate or high will prevent you from getting games.
(moderate no so much, but definitely high will. either way, switch them to open)
