Why do I get disconnected from xbox live when i play halo 3 multiplayer?

when i go into matchmaking and start a game as it say its waiting for all players to connect i get disconnected for no reason. it happens at the part were its a black screen with the teams.

This has happened to me before.. Try unplugging your modem and router and then plugging them back in a few minutes later. If that doesn't solve it, you may need to call support.
