Why do people say half-life 2 is better then halo 2 and halo 3?

the vehicles in halo 2 look phenomnal and way more realistic graphically, and play much more realistically then the ones in half-life 2

the spaceships in half-life 2 were a complete ripoff of the assault ships in the original halo and looked even worse then a game that came out way before it, even ps2 game vehicles an stuff looked better then the ones in half-life 2 i was seriously disapointed

and you can't even drive any of jeeps in half-life 2 and tons of stuff are just sit there for show it looks rediculous compared to the original halo even and not even in the same ball park of its successors

the ai was so stupid an easy in both half-life games pretty much even on hard difficulty you just take increased dmg the ai doesn't improve at all unlike halo's legendary where things really get much more fun and seriously harder.

storylines well as much as I love half-life the story blows, there was some cliche evil guy in a big building tryin to rule the world.

well. im not agains any of the two sides, half-life rocks, just as much as halo's do, but, the reason half-life is so good its becaus e it has a modding community if you don't know what it is, well
they are a bunch of geeks making the game far much bigger than any of the halos, making maps, guns, skins and more
so the half-life series will grow bigger and bigger, until they close the servers, and because of that you never gt bored, now halo has it's thing to
cool graphics, great storyline and the tons of controllable vehicles, that's what made halo so big, the possibility to control almost anything surrounding you

so, i think both games are great, vehicles or not, or expansive contnent or not, i think you should try playing half-life, and you'll se what im talking about

yea really halos the best game ever its the bomb the cars wart hos and banchees are the best i kno that half-life is way worse:}

i think its because half-life 2 used the new physics engine not seen in many games
