Why haven't I unlocked the Rouge Head Piece in Halo 3?
I don't have the achievement Spartan Officer. And I know you need it to get it, so how do I get that achievement?
But I do have the Spartan Officer pin.
And I have the total EXP of 73, Highest skill is 23.
Globally I have the Lieutenant badge (On the player details next to your emblem and your name).
If I am in a game (like lone wolves), I would have 23 followed by 4 arrows (Like this, ^) with a dash thing under it (Like this, -).
