Why Is My Halo 3 Mythic Map Pack 1 Gone?

I have been trying to get it back for a while ive deleted it and redownloaded it and deleted the other map packs and tried that no Success Whats so ever. Does Anyone know how to fix this WITHOUT accessing My Account.PS It says its in my hard drive but i cant play it.
