Why is there a problem with halo 3?

Im playing halo 3 and all of a sudden it says the disc is unreadable. I had just finished a lv and then that appeared. Please Help

have you tried cleaning the disk and trying again? That worked for me. You might want to try looking for scratches on the disk. If its scratched and you didn't do it, look for the games receipt. Maybe get a refund? Hope it helps
