Will Halo 3 be On PC and when?

I've played Halo 3 once so far at my friends house and I plan on playing it more over there, but i want to play it more, but also I don't want to drop like $400 for a Xbox 360.

i think they said they are done with halo on the pc cuz of Serious lagging and something about y they didnt release halo 2 4 PC
