will the halo movie be based on the first halo game?

will the halo movie be based on Halo: Combat Evolved?
or will it be based on the book Halo: Fall of Reach?
I hope it's not about Halo 3:ODST

I hope it's not about ODST too. I really do hope its about Combat Evolved because that was the best game IMO. Reach would be a good movie too but other than those two I don't really know if I want to watch it. I never really played much Halo 2 or 3.
