will the whole package of halo 3 legendary edition be worth a lot in the future?

i was thinking of buying one and selling it in the future and m wondering will it be worth a lot in the future if it wil lbe worth a lot how much do you think it will be worth and when in how many years

since it would be considered "old game" in the future and technology would be more advanced(i hope), people would most likely pay like 40 or at most 70$ for it
