Will there be a halo 4 or another one after 3? Legendary Ending Question?

In halo 3 legendary ending master cheif says "Wake me when u need me" and they float to another "alien" planet. I don't think that it is a deffinite ending to the Halo 3 saga. They destroyed the flood but it just isnt a final closure. Would they attempt another halo? Or mabye call it something else but continue the story. Halo 3 just doesnt have an ending. Bungie say it is the end to the STORY Arch which could mean the flood or the whole game. So this is my question.

So will there be a sequel to Halo 3?
