Is it true that it has this new chip So you don't get the red rings of death anymore?
And does it come with a copy of halo 3 also?

Well I believe it does have some chip that is better than the rest, but not for sure. To my knowledge it dosent come with a copy of Halo 3. Try going here there has to be something on the offical website.
