y cant i get on my halo 3 file share?

i was trying to upload a modded map onto my file share then it said my file share was full so i went upstairs and tried to connect to my file share but it wouldnt let me it just said connecting to channel or something and it still says it now

If you have something bad...liike a modded map it will ban you because bungie checks your file share but yeah add me on xbox live...
