y is it so hard to get ur highest skill up in halo 3?

i keep winning team doubles matches and getting mvp all the time 4 like 3 games in a row but it wont let me go up in my ranks

By rank im guessing you mean your actual rank like 34 or whatever. Its so hard to get your rank up because you have to win like 4 or 5 matches to move up while if you lose like 2 in a row you will probably move down. This is why halo 3 is so addicting. hope this helped.
