From my experience with playing Halo Game's for years, I found out that it's something I enjoy more in the night. I usually have to start playing from around 9:00 PM till around 11:00 PM. I can go 2 hours straight without taking a break.

In my opinion, I believe that both Halo 3 and World of Warcraft requires skills to play it. But I think that it's more on the side of Halo. As for WOW, you have to be very persistent with playing it otherwise you won't best it.
