about halo 3 heroic maps?

everytime i go on live i get the maps but when i go off live my maps never appear on forge or custom games. please help

Well the most simple problems with that (something even i have done) i downloaded the maps on one of my profiles and tried opening them in another. And i freaked when i didnt find them. Try simple things like make sure the download is complete, make sure theres room on your harddrive, or make sure you have the correct upgrade.
