All Halo 3 Achievements?

My friend has all the achievments on Halo 3, even the ones where you need maps not there and he said he downloaded a program to get them. Does anyone know what he used? If you wanna see his gamertag, it's Baker289. If you know, please say and I would appreciate it =D
