Call of Duty 4 on Veteran, or Halo 3 on legendary?

Definitely COD 4.
I beat Halo 3 on Legendary by myself without getting too frustrated, and I helped my friend beat it on co-op in one sitting (really).
COD 4, on the other hand, took me ages to beat on Veteran. I gave up on it a couple of times, especially that part where you're in the room with all the computers and televisions.
If COD 4 was as long as the Halo 3 campaign, it would be epicly hard.
