Can I download the 'Hurricane Katrina' level in Halo 3 without having xbox live?

I got an xbox 360 and am getting Halo 3 soon and I have played the Hurricane Katrina level at my friend's house and I want to be able to get it, but I don't have xbox live yet. Is there any way I can download it without xbox live? Like get it from my computer and put it on a memory card and put it on the xbox or something?

No you cannot do anything live without have xbox live period

The only way around downloading this without xbox live is for a friend to download the map onto a portable memory card, and while he is logged in, he loads it and you play together. that seems to be a little out of the way to just download a level. So put simpler, no, you can not download the level without xbox live.
