Convince my parents to let me get halo 3?

My parents wont let me buy or play shooting games. My brother bought halo 2 a while ago. I am not alowwed to play it tho. He wont buy halo 3. So i cant get it, but i want it. how can i convince them to let me get it. ?????

dude tell them its not bad at all there are worse games out there
or have another family member get it EX:aunt uncle cousin friends even
