Did they ever make Halo 3 For PC?

If they did where can you get it at? I can only find Halo 3 X-Box 360 in stores. If they did please let me know thanks. I have Halo Combat Evolved Halo 2 For PC, beat them to many times now want Halo 3 For PC. I can't stand X-Box Version.
