Do people still play Halo 3?

I was gonna a renew my xBox Live membership, and I only play Halo 3 mostly, but do people still play? I don't wanna pay money for nothing.

yes people still play it. its one of the most played games on xboxlive.

yes a lot of people do still play halo 3 and since halo 3 odst was released with all the halo 3 maps i have noticed that a lot more players are online
