Does The Mythic Disc For Halo Only Come With pre-Ordered Halo 3:ODST copies?

I want to know if the Halo Mythic Disc which features All The Maps Already On A Disc Comes With Halo3:ODST Normally, Or Do I Have To Pre Order It To Get That Disc?
