nobody else wants to either, but it happens, the fastest way to get 17 exp is the same way everyone else does, just play... unless... if you have friends willing to help you out at the risk of their own exp points, then there may be an alternate solution...
if you get a party of friends together, have all of them set their xbox's language to the same language (you too, something unique that barely anyone plays on) choose lone wolves, press x and select the option "my language" that will search for people who have their xbox the same language as you, hopefully your friends will be the only ones it will find. anyway, once you start the matchmaking process, if you get put into a party with all your friends and they know what you're trying to do, then you'll have no problem getting your exp boosted, AND this way works with getting online only achievements too (trust me i've tried it) the only problem is that once you get an achievement in a different language, it stays a different language forever, but at least you got the points and armor parts and all that stuff, right?
