halo 2 and halo 3....?

i've been playing halo 2 for about a month on regular xbox and im not sure i should buy halo 3 but do you think i should before its gone?

halo 3 has thee most awesome team death matching you will ever witness. i have played well over 5,000 ranked live matches and still get the itch to play more.
the story mode isn't as great as the online though, you'll probably play a little of it than play a death match and than never go back to story if you have live.
i don't care what other people may say, halo 2 isn't as good, 3 is like 2 on super steroids.

I've never been a fan of the Halo series, so I wouldn't get it. Team Fortress 2/The Orange Box are much better games.

I don't think any Halo game will be 'gone' forever. If you've been playing H2, you'll love upgrading to a 360 and playing Halo 3. It's a no brainer really. Although Halo 2 is still fun to play.

Personally I think Halo 2 is better than Halo 3! But if you want to play with more weapons and levels then I guess you can try it out!

Hey Halo 3 won't be gone for ages if i managed to buy halo (1) a month ago you'll be able to buy halo 3 when your ready to get an xbox 360

You can play halo 2 on the xbox 360 if you didnt know. If you only have the normal xbox dont buy halo 3 until you get a xbox 360.

If you like Halo 2, you'll love Halo 3 dude, way better live, superbly awesome maps and dlc. Definently get this game before its gone
