Halo 3 achievement help?

How am I suppose to get all the achievements? I understand most of them, but some don't make any sense to me at all. Like the Longshore, Citadel, and Heretic skull. Those maps aren't even out yet! People who have the Katana armor, please help me how you got. it. If you can help me at all, add me. My gamer tag is agent tex117. Thanks.

Right you are. Those are put there as placeholders for the maps that are going to be released with ODST.

For the katana armor you just have to get the 1000 gamer score for it which means completing just the achievments that came out at game launch... not the odst. The new achievments are to unlock the recon armor later when halo odst is released.
