halo 3 achievements?

to get the achievements from meta games is it possible to get them without turning the skulls on? if u do have to , do u use silver and gold or just gold?

I found the easiest option is to have a total of 10.5x multiplier. This multiplier can be done several ways including different difficulties. The easiest way I found is to play Heroic with Tough Luck, Fog, Famine, Thunderstorm, and Mythic.

Through this method, it is very possible for multiple people to get the points needed and still beat the mission with a small time multiplier.
