okay I really want the Halo 3 armor like O.D.S.T and Mark V but i can't connect to x box live no matter what i do so i can't unlock them. I have all the unlock able armor like E.O.D, Hybussa and such that you can get in-game but not the live ones. is there like a cheat or a way bungie can give me O.D.S.T and Mark V cause i really want it but no matter what i do i can't get live from my house.

No. And you probably wont get recon
umm...sorry..but what's the point of unlocking all the armor if you can't use it when playing on xbox live?
and no, can't use cheats and bungie won't help.
edit: to the person who thumbs down everyone, (which i'm assuming is the asker) the only reason you arn't getting help is because there is nothing you can do execpt get xbox live.

Alright here we go. There is no O.D.S.T. armor. The only piece they have of that is the helmet which you get from the "Spartan Graduate" achievement. Same with the Mark V, only the helm from the "UNSC Spartan" achievement.
And to the poster who said you cannot get recon you are dead wrong. Bungie announced that in order to get the Recon armor all you have to do is complete the Vidmaster challenges. Which you cannot actually do until the new game "Halo O.D.S.T." is released.
And for the moment if you want to cheat... look up modding. If you find a way to hack the game using guides online you should be able to get it.

no and if you can't play xbox live there's no reason to have them because all you have is local multiplayer so no one will care that you don't have them because they will know you don't have live.
