Halo 3 disk cracked need help?

In the middle of the disk, its cracked, and before i was able to play the game, and sometimes it might say that i failed to load content because of the crack. Now it dosent work at all it just says that the disk is unreadable. I got my Halo game on X-mas, the same year it came out. From what i read this has been happening to other people too.
But can i call Microsoft or something so they can replace the disk, or anything to get another one?

From my experience with cracked and scratched games I just get some toothpaste, not to much though, I'd say maybe the amount of a dime or around that and gently put it on the crack and hope for the best.

Sorry to hear about the game, I've lost many the same way, but I don't think Microsoft will refund your game.

If it doesn't work you might just need to save up the money to buy a new H3.
