Halo 3 for xbox 360 not working, unreadable.?

Just a few months ago i sent in my xbox 360 to get my "red ring of death" fixed. Now that i got it back it hasn't been playing my favorite game, Halo 3. I don't know why it isn't playing but whenever i put it in it starts up like it's going to work and then in just stops ans shows the message that the disc is unreadable. i have tried cleaning it more than once and that doesn't work. Oh and also i tried re downloading all the things that i had previously downloaded. Still nothing..help please!
also i bought this a long time ago. like when it came out so i cant take it back.

problably the cd has an erroer. bring it back to them and tell the costomer sevice thst it is not working and have them replace it for you

if u want a quick fix try smirin' peanut butter on the disc(alot) then wipe it off the disc so it can cleanly be read. don't doubt me this really works and if you fail it will not ruin your disc any more.
