Halo 3 hayaBusa Armor?

Hey So i was Playing H3 And i Was CHanging My Armor And Then I Notced I Had hayaBusa Top And Thats it how did i get JUST the top and how do i get the rest of the Armor??
HOW DID I UNLOCK JUST THE TOP

to unlock the armour you need to collect every skull in the game, if you want the chest piece to have a sword on the back to need to get 1000/1000 of the original achievements.

it is not hard to get some pieces, but one piece needs you to get 100% achievements on halo 3
