Halo 3 help??????????????????

i have reached the rank of Lieutenant with 70xp and highest skill 10 in halo 3. but i havent got the acheivement for spartan officer and havent got the rouge helmet..any help

Make sure you done it right, then leave the 360 for half an hour then check if you got it, if not restart the 360, turn off at the back then turn it back on and check if it's there, if not go on youtube and find out.

you have to get to leutenant in a ranked match like team slayer or get your highest skill up to 15
