Halo 3 Look Sensitivity Crisis?

I play Halo 3, and currently, I've been having trouble choosing my look sensitivity. I currently play on 1 (I snipe and BR a lot) but I find it too slow. The problem is, If I go to high, my aim is kind of bad.
The Highest I can go is 5, but the ridicule is a bit too fast when using that. What's should I change my sensitivity too?
I mainly use The Battle Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Splaser and Rocket, (when the map has them) and grenades (Sticky, sometimes Frag.) Sometimes the Shotty.

If I were you I would put the sensitivity on 3 and try that our for a while. If you feel like that does not work for you then just adjust it by 1 from then on out until you find the sensitivity level that suits your stile of play. Also, depending on the game type you could change your sensitivity prior to or during the game if it's something like a team snipers game or a team rockets game.
