Halo 3 Map Mod Problem?

i use forge version idk from halo 3 tool box and resign+rehash with CONcept .3 and it shows up on halo 3 but screen stays back when i try to play the map any ideas

Your not supposed to mod Halo 3 that's why your having problems idiot.
