Halo 3 marathon man achievement help!?!?!?

I have found all of the terminals three times but it never worked. First try I found them all on co-op easy but didn't let it load properly so I thought that was a problem. Second time I did it so they all load read each page the it unscripted all of the pages before pressing "A" then once all were red I pressed "B" it didn't work. The third time I did everything I did in turn two but on legendary completed all of the levels after but the fist three were on single player and the other four were on co-op. How do you to it!
I have watched it all and done it all in order, but still nothing.

Ok here is how i did it. I just read through them until I finished then I moved on to the next one. Did you find all of them? Try a walkthrough on youtube.

Did you watch them all the way through? If not, that's the problem. You have to watch them, or the achievement doesn't unlock.

Edit:

Okay. Just making sure, but at the end of the terminal the last line should be /fragment ends or something like that. I can't really understand why it isn't unlocking unless you're not finding them all, or not watching them all the way through. After the words go red, there is more...I made the mistake on my first play through, and didn't watch them all the way though, and had to go back. Other than that, I really have no idea. I guess try playing through again, which sucks. I think that achievement is annoying, personally. Sorry I couldn't help more!
