Some people have an halo odst gamer pic on their xbox live profile, is that unlocked after playing the game? or is that a limited edition unlockable thing. I don't think it for sale in the Marketplace...

It's not for sale in the marketplace. I had a pic saved on my computer and I converted it to my XBOX through the internet.

PS: And you don't get it from beating the game on any difficulty.
