Halo 3: ODST GameStop midnight release?

Well, just a quick question, I've never really gone to midnight releases for games before, but I'm going to the ODST one at GameStop. The text and call say to get there at 10 to finalize payment (which, I assume is paying for the game) and pre-game stuff. What would be the pre-release stuff (hanging around for 2 hours watching videos or what) and what are the chances of something being handed out again like in other midnight releases?

Can I arrive later than 10PM?

That's all I can think of right now, but more information is great.
Yeah, I am a little worried about lines, but then again this is Hawaii so I don't expect those huge crowds. Thanks for the warning, though. Also, what do you think would be the primary age group there? Just a quick thought.

Just to say ODST is going to be horrible, they are butchering the Halo series, all they are doing now is milking it for every penny they can get from the Halo series :[
and anywho Halo is about Master Chief not the retarded AI marines that get killed in 3.5 seconds...

BUT anywho, yeah you can get there a little after 10 but keep in mind allot of people are going to be there and even though if you have fully paid for your game and they should have the correct # of games i've seen times where they screwed up and people who got there later had to wait even longer for their game... So better to be safe than sorry.

Well for the hand outs, they usually try and keep that a surprise. You never know until your there but since it is a Halo game you might have a good chance but you never know. For the pre-release stuff usually I think they go over what the game will be about and the events leading up to the game, but I am not 100% sure.

go there a while before 10 cause if there's a midnight release people are gonna be lining up. They might give you a magazine or something about the game
