Halo 3 problem!!!!!!!!!!!?

First in turn my xbox 360,working just fine.Then i go to halo 3 and click on ether forge,macth makeing or campagin (solo).Then it says players unable to download content. Also i am not online i am playing at home and i have never played online befor. Can any one help me!?!?!?

you may need to download the latest map packs available for halo 3. there are three additional maps that were released less than a year ago.

Try restarting your xbox 360 if you haven't so yet.
Use your common sense before panicking.

- Restart Xbox 360
-Re-Insert the game disc (Or restart the game)
-Call Microsoft and check for error info at www.xbox.com
ALWAYS USE GOOGLE~!

Clean your disc man.

If it has scratches on it then it might not be able to download all the content from the game to let you play.

If that doesn't work call 1800-4-MY-XBOX to see if they can help you out.

Make sure your Xbox 360 isn't dusty. Replug everything.
Restart Your Xbox and let it cool down.
