halo 3 question about online play?

hey soon i will be getting an xbox 360 with Gold live subscription and 2 controllers. but i was wondering wether or not to purchase 2 headsets because i was playing it at my friends house and he only has one headset but he said that only the player using the real account can have a headset. and xbox live guests cannot.

if i have two people connected (one using an account and one using a guest account) can they both have Headset connected to them??

Im pretty sure they can use a headset.

No, no, no definitely not, Xbox live guests can NOT use headsets to walk to people on any game, including Halo 3.
