Halo 3 Question Lone Wolves Rank?

Im currently doing Lone Wolves why wont it raise my rank up. It says im 20 but with a apprentice symbol why wont it raise?

Your ranking won't raise because the lone wolves decided to prove their independence and not conform to their expected outcome of a higher ranking. They are lone wolves, for goodness sake! Not some army of robots giving everyone what they want.

Lol to the idiot who asked if u compleated the mission! But yeah, u gotta keep getting EXP. The highest skill usually rises faster than the EXP but u need EXP to get a new ranking medal.
