I have a question about halo 3. When people say not to teabag/t-bag/teebag, what does that mean?

teebagging is putting somones ballsack on someone elses face.(i know its disgusting but you asked) anyway in halo 3 when someone kills someone else some people go over the dead body aand continuously crouch and stand. then crouch and stand continuously to make it look like they're doing it. people do it to make fun of the person they just killed and it makes the person who died feel stupid.
