Halo 3 question?

I just bought halo 3 and i haved never played any of the previous halo games. I don't know how to change views? can any one tell me how? (also wich game is better Halo 3 or Gears of War? I think G.O.W.?)

well halo, halo 2 and halo 3 is the same views
but halo 3 is best because is more advance and everythink is like halo and halo 2

It's an FPS (First Person Shooter) You cant change out of the 1st person view.

The camera changes to third person if you enter a vehicle or carry a support weapon (Moveable turrets)
