Halo 3 recon armor scammer?

A guy with the gamertag "l Godmode l" ( those are L's not capital i's) sounded convincing that if i gave him a code for ms points, he would give me the account with recon armor. He ends up taking the points and then deleting me off his friend list, then blocking communications. The first person to send an intellegent message sounding like Bungie to the guy saying we will shut down your account for however long because we have reported ms points stolen from "da seksee joker" (me) unless you give him that account. And that person will recieve best answer.

There is nothing anyone can do which will get your MS points back. If it sounds too good to be true then usually it is. Your only real hope is to contact bungie and microsoft support with the guys details and hope they can do something about it.

total scam....some people just have nothing better to do...theres many scammers on halo...but yeah just ignore those messages from now on...a bungie person wouldnt just do that for no reason.
