My friend has Halo 3, and he can make himself run really fast, and jump high, and regenerate health faster, and have a lot of health to begin with. He beat the game, and I was wondering if, right out of the box, I could play multiplayer with my brother (Juggernaut) and make the Juggernaut run fast and jump high and all that stuff previously listed, or do I have to beat the game?
